EduWiseBot has been awarded first place in the Future Unicorns category at the fifth edition of the national competition "Bulgaria's Best Youth Startup 2026."
This recognition is an important milestone for our team and a strong confirmation that we are moving in the right direction. Over the past months, we have been working on a problem that many companies already face: how to use artificial intelligence in their daily operations without losing control over internal knowledge, sensitive information, and the quality of the answers employees receive.
The competition, organised by the Fund of Funds, brought together more than 330 teams and over 600 young entrepreneurs from across Bulgaria. After a several-month program including training, mentoring, and pitching sessions, the strongest startups reached the finals in three categories: Business Stars, SDG Dragons, and Future Unicorns. In the Future Unicorns category, focused on startups with strong growth potential, EduWiseBot was awarded first place.
EduWiseBot develops personalised AI infrastructure for B2B companies. The platform helps teams access and use company knowledge in a faster, safer, and more controlled way.
In many organisations, valuable information already exists. It is scattered across documents, folders, spreadsheets, emails, and the experience of individual employees. This leads to lost time, repeated questions, slower onboarding, and the uncontrolled use of public AI tools for work-related tasks. The problem is not a lack of information. It is a lack of structure around it.
Our goal is to turn that fragmented knowledge into a secure internal AI environment built for everyday work. With EduWiseBot, employees ask questions in natural language, receive clear answers, and see exactly which source each answer is based on. Every response is cited, inspectable, and grounded in the company's actual documents. This is not a text generator. It is a working environment where company knowledge becomes easier to access, verify, and apply.
Winning this award is especially meaningful because it confirms that the problem we are solving is not only relevant to the companies we speak with, but also recognised by Bulgaria's entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem.
For us, this is not the end of the journey. It marks the beginning of the next stage. We will continue to focus on pilot implementations, conversations with companies, and further product development based on real business use cases.

Beyond the award itself, the greatest value was the feedback, the connections, and the chance to see the strength of Bulgaria's young entrepreneurial ecosystem up close.
